Our customers can now provide faster, more targeted customer service or sales responses through integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.com and Goldmine with customer phone calls (Computer Telephony Integration) coming into a call center through ACD. This is most frequently accomplished with Interactive Voice Response (IVR), where a caller can select where they need to go to get the information they need, whether totally automated information, or directly to a person. Team One Solutions provides platforms that enable our customers to create their own customized integrations, and we can also create this functionality for our customers.
