The Administrative training, which is generally geared toward someone with IT or telephony related responsibilities, will teach the customer how to perform Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) as well as monitor and run system reports and analysis.
Team One Solutions also provides End User training designed to meet the needs of the organization. This might include “train-the-trainer”, onsite classes, webinars, or written manuals.
