Team One Solutions provides world class voice and data systems and services to hundreds of business and government clients. We design, implement and maintain VoIP and digital telephony, LAN/WAN, video conferencing, business bandwidth, and cable infrastructure systems for our clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Northern California, and beyond.

Team One has been operating as a California Corporation since 2002, headquartered in San Leandro. We are a licensed and bonded C-7 Contractor and are factory trained and certified on all the products that we install and maintain.

Our management team has over 90 years of industry experience and we only work with the finest communications manufacturers in the world including Cisco, NEC Corporation, Polycom, and Zultys.

Management Team

Paul J. Svec, CEO has 40 years of telecom industry experience spanning the full range of sales, management and executive roles. Paul has managed both direct and distribution business units for large international and national corporations such as NEC America and ROLM Corporation. He honed his entrepreneurial skills with a start up MPLS network management company AON Networks as well as his own successful telecom business, PhoneMaster Communications. Paul is responsible for the day to day executive management of Team One Solutions.

Jeffrey S. Bell, VP Sales and Marketing brings over 20 years of telecom business experience to Team One Solutions. Jeff started and grew a highly successful Bay Area voice and data company, Digital Business System, which he later sold to a large national corporation, Exp@nets, then becoming their Northern California VP and General Manager. Jeff Bell has developed many valuable customer and reseller relationships in California that enabled Team One Solutions to quickly establish a customer base and kick start our growth.
Jeff is driving our sales and business development efforts which are focused on establishing strong business relationships clients and vendors.

Brandon J. Svec, VP Operations and Engineering with 20 years of voice and data technical experience has established a national reputation for his expertise with a wide range of telephony and networking systems. Brandon has amassed over thirty technical certifications on a broad range of products from Cisco , NEC, Nortel, Polycom, ShoreTel, Zultys, and others.
At Exp@nets, previously the largest interconnect company in the U.S., he was promoted from field technician to Service Manager and then to Engineering Manager for their Northern California Operations. At Team One Solutions Brandon is responsible for all voice and data system pre-sale engineering and design as well as post-sale engineering support and professional services.
